I know a person who only has the default m14ebr and another that has only the rifle and the pistol no character. Both of them have the ribbon so you may not even need to buy the char and even pistol

I actually have 3 types of M14 and the MK23 but don't have the ribbon. I think the character is required. -

The account I'm on right now has the pistol and the m14ebr, but doesn't have the character. I can't prove I don't have the character unless I record my storage (which is a waste of time) : http://crossfire.z8games.com/profile/14392746 (it has the real men wear pink ribbon, but it only has the dual deagle pink and the mp7 pink instead of three different pink weps)
I tried to find my friends old account which had the crate buster ribbon, but only has 4 black market guns, but he has been inactive for so long the name was changed by default. Basically the ribbon system is sorta bugged. -

you also have de pink crystal that counts towards the pink ribbon. I think you need the navy seal character for the ribbon... maybe there was a glitch or a temporary character given that gave the ribbon -

lol the the real men wear pink was given way before De pink crystal was on my account tho
