Well make a room, set it to unable to join gather the needed amount of needed players to start the game and go.
Most rooms give errors if someone join in mid game...at least is what i noticed...

Thanks Nic, I can assure you guys that this tip does work, I've done my 12 games yesterday this way and it was really quick and easy, just need to gather the team.
