They didn't mention on the announcement how many winners,but most of players assume that there will be 10 winners

I asked for ak xmas,since I spend 135k zp on it on the spin of wheel and no win,I feel so broke right now,didn't feel so bad from long time

I think it all depends on what you wrote in "Why do you want the weapon you selected?". Those who cared about the question and answered it trustfully will be rewarded with the permanent weapon in addition to play the 10 different days.

Last time this event took place they didn't care about what we wrote so I have my doubts this time too... though maybe some of the mods from CF EU will take this a tad more serious :P

Well, I played more than 10 different days (over 30mins daily), and nothing yet

Thats because the event didnt even end yet as today is the last day and i doubt they are giving everysingle person who submitted a wish what they want so im not getting my hopes up just yet maybe we'll know tomorrow
