I just checked the trade system
I see there "permanent kris silver" for 10k zp and "permanent halloween kill marks" for 23k and on both cases it clearly stated the word "permanent".I thought to myself that maybe some new players put those items for low price,so i bought them both.after buy them I checked my storage and after buy 2 keys and open both boxes suddenly it write "duration 7 days",after it clearly state permanent when I buy them...good job z8 with mess with people heads,its hilarious how you manage to do it time after time...can I ask for refund from support for those 33k zp?

The box itself is permanent, it doesn't have a duration. You're not buying the weapon, you're buying the box.
As for refunds: "If your purchase was within 48 hours and it was a ZP or coupon exchange item with at least 30 days duration? Yes!"
I don't believe the boxes fall under that I'm afraid

As Bunni said, duration goes over the box item, not to the contents of the box.
For further reference you can go the the Description Tab inside Trade System to see what are the contents of each box and its duration status. This should dissipate any doubts about it.
Hope you can get a refund some how.
We can always look/ask here or in discord before doing any purchase. -

any one would fall on such a thing.especially when GM's failed to provide patch notes and explain properly how these new items in trade system are works

imagine this - I buy kriss for 10k and kill marks for 20k and sell both for 100k and by that farm 200k in less than day..then who would be the dumb?

Just To Clarify This...
You buy the Box Perm but the contents are Temp?
So you buy a new key and reopen the box each time?
Is this correct?
When I bought the Armoured Grenade pack of three I will still have to keep buying the expansion pack to equip all three in one bag.
In know that's GP no ZP but it all seems a bit lame to get players to spend spend spend so they can use what they already bought.
Well learn a lesson here, if it sounds too good to be true do your homework before committing yourself. -
It's been like that since the trade system was added... how did you not think about the list with the actual weapon and kill marks instead of the boxes?? surely you must have checked those as well and seen that there are actually WEAPONS or KILL MARKS that you want instead of the BOXES... it's not that hard to grasp really... it literally says "Kriss Super V.A.S Box"

Can we just stop blaming OP for whatever he has done? I think everyone can agree that it makes no sense for a box to say "Permanent" as it's not a "use item" in that sense. It should just say "QTY 1" or just "1x" or something like that to eliminate all confusion.
What's to debate? It's a very easy and simple thing to do that would not harm anyone and could spare some players quite some anger. -

I agree, I got confused too this game such a troll. There are many things that the description isn't very clear -

The actual crates are permanent, what means that u are able to open them whenever you want: today, tomorrow, after 50 years (when there will be Crossfire Version Ultra-Super HD 10.0).
But its content depends on your luck the same as any of ZP / GP crates. -

Agree with you, message can be updated to clarify it.
But anyways, we have the Description Tab in-game where you can see whats inside the box (with full description of each one)
Also they have definitely failed to provide the patch notes in time to see all the details. -

I'm not a rocket scientist, but maybe you should have researched a bit more (maybe on the internet, reviews or youtube) before buying such things.
I think this clarifies the issues and problem at hand.
