Do accounts get banned on forum? does it affect others in the same home IP?

If a account in the same IP get's banned for trolling will it affect the other accounts under the same IP or are they independent?

I don't think players will instantly get a IP ban on forum, just their account suspended.

and do mods have access to our ip data and accounts associated with ip and each other?

As far as I know, bans are only associated with accounts, and never with IPs.

I would like to remind you that mods are regular players at the end of the day. If you're concerned about mods knowing too much info, chances are you don't have to worry. Only account/support staff can see your personal info.

Even if u know so , its not that big deal

My account was permanently banned on forum after an ex mod went ham on me for no reason and it was like that for i think 2 years untill i sent a ticket and the gms reviewed the situation and lifted my ban.

The point is that even if we are mods, you should not be sharing personal information with us. For example, don't tell us your login/password. We're here to help, so any time you reach out to us, feel free to send over screenshots, but black out all personal information. Of course you can trust us, but the difference between a mod and a GM is that if a GM wanted to look up your account information, they can (so you aren't revealing anything they don't already know). Whereas Mods do not (and should) not have access to your private account information.
