So lately I found a program called HIAlgo on the internet that it makes the games resolution lower as possible for better fps. Is it possible to do it with crossfire? If not is there any way to get more fps not only by changing in-game settings to low?

That program was launched in 2011 and you found it now ? Good work . May i suggest a better PC instead ?

Hi buddy thank you for the help, but how is it possible that I have all my drivers up to date and still my pc struggles to get 40 fps in cf?

buy a better GPU if the lowest settings "in-game" aren't providing you with enough fps to play then your probably using the on-board GPU "the motherboard" ;/ buy a graphics card

Using third party programs with only bottleneck CPU performance as well....avoid
Also on your note about "40 fps". Drivers provide a software interface for hardware so if your able to use the PC the on-board graphics are fine no need for drivers just get a GPU.Also drivers dont determine what FPS you get that's what graphics cards are for.

If you use windows OS then you can uninstall any bloatware via control panel and use little tweaks like using windows basic theme for more GPU performance etc
use the program speccy and post a screenshot of the specs or comment what GPU you're using.

That means you either have graphics on board or a very old and bad graphics card too. Getting only 40 fps is no surprise. It's time to get a new PC. Nothing else you can do about it.

That's not quite right. Drivers tell your PC how to utilise the hardware. This means much higher frame rates compared to the generic drivers.
Generally there's a built-in driver which can run your hardware, but it's very limited and doesn't work anywhere near as well as the actual drivers.
If you had no drivers at all, the hardware wouldn't even function, so yes, there is a need for drivers.

Let's put it this way: If you had 2 sets of Lego, one with instructions, and one without, you'd build the set much faster and much easier with the instructions.

Drivers do provide a interface of communication between software and hardware noob they do this using instructions sets processed via the external Data bus and bus lanes dependent of x32 or x64 bus lanes. Circuitry on motherboards for bus lane data communication via the EDB codebook,instruction set machine code etc
I love how after you make a statement of the obvious you continue to condescend even though you've stated publicly that drivers make your PC amazing so everyone is the forums could make meme about you saying got a legacy graphics card?Don't worry our drivers will make you goo vroooomm"

Edit: urr original comment about how drivers affect GPU output well that's so obv i never thought anyone would have to state it what you're talking about is the standard plug and play drivers vs up to date website drivers yhhh listen that doesnt make a diff if your pc is only putting out 40 fps stick to the subject and dont talk about semantics his pc no matter what he does will only put out same results get the best drivers in the world it wont make his pc perform optimally

The problem which has also been stated by me and another person in this thread is the on-board graphics a car with a bad engine will perform bad so dont expect it to perform any better without a good GPU you're also overheating your CPU using on-board GPU and in time will lead to higher fps crashes.

That or we could use bunni.s advice and decide which driver is right for the problem

The part I was talking about was where you said "drivers don't determine what fps you get" which by itself is false, as you said yourself, and I quote "urr original comment about how drivers affect GPU output well that's so obv" which contradicts what you said earlier.

I think the problem is it just wasn't phrased well honestly. I meant no disrespect. I was simply trying to explain that drivers do affect fps, even though in this particular situation you'd see maybe 2 or 3 fps difference.

I'd also like to state that I did not claim at any point that installing the latest drivers would fix OPs problem, nor did I say that drivers will make everyone's PC better.

I don't want an argument here, so please don't claim I say things I haven't like that: "you've stated publicly that drivers make your PC amazing".

I apologise if my previous comment comes off as rude or condescending, I didn't mean it to at all.
