So I noticed it's 5000 honor points to get that M4A1-XS-Noble Silver, but ranked will only let you get 2000 honor points, how do you acquire more honor points?

you have to wait till next season to get the rest of the points. but then the question will be can 2 seasons of points carry over to a 3rd season to get the next honor reward?

nah you get honor points after the season end depending on what rank you are. If you are gold you get enough points to get that m4

This season you can get 2500 honour points by playing ranked. You will be able to get 2000 more if you end in the top 100 this season. All points made in this season will indeed be carried over to the next season.
