Does hackers get banned or they can pay to get free ?

Simple question "Does hackers get banned or they can pay to get free?"
I submit few last days,some of them 5 star ranks with tons of vips.So do they pay for "ticket" to get unban or they get perma.?
If u free them,i wont report anymore.Look i know how it works,u let heck away to dl noops dl,u get money...But if u dont get enough money from vips and zp i dont know what to answer anymore ?!?!?!?!

You can't pay to be unbanned.
First of all, are you 100% sure they were cheating? Every good player gets accused of cheating regularly.
Second, how do you report? You have to attach the replay, provide the Ingame-name of the cheater, the type of cheat you suspect he was using and timestamps of scenes that look sketchy or show a cheat being used.
Just writing a ticket calling someone a cheater and say "Ban pls" usually isn't enough.

In this game it seems that if they pay they can not be banned. Every day there is more and moderators do nothing because I keep seeing them every day. And I mean hackers that go under the floor, it's not that I suspect it

Didn't report anyone here but I reported plenty of people in CF EU, where also everyone was crying about nobody getting banned. From my experience, if you report correctly, and report a person that actually is cheating, he'll be banned.
