getting blocked for unknown reason

today i was enjoying the game as usual and i was playing ranked mode then i get dc twice and rejoind the game and the next thing i know my account were blocked for 3 days can any of the mods help me and tell me if i am gone lose my honorabil soldier ribbone or nah

3 days ban are usually for insulting
2nd Ban 7 Days

3rd ban maybe permanent but im not sure

are you sure about that because my game chat is closed most of time and am not kinda guy who insult people in game
