if you are trying to recover your account, try to send the link before 12 am. The email will probably have a delay (not over 24 hours).

GO create a SPF record and DKIM. Set your PTR records. Stop sending out spam from black mailing scripts that you have nested in your forum CMS. Come on web admin do your job. You can't be messing up your mail reputation. Go fill out that form from yahoo stating that your stuff is now clean and to apply to let you send to yahoo email addresses. I shouldn't even have to tell you this.

How are you meant to send in a support ticket when most of the mandatory info is impossible to find without account access, literally means anyone with a yahoo account will never be able to log in again if they forget their password.
