Ranked Error

About 7 days ago when i wanted to play ranked match, then i got disconnected. I started the game again and when i wanted ti play ranked i got "33926" saying on my screen.. its only on my account.

Things i tryed:
-Reinstalling
-Deleteng some old cf files and bugs
-Tryed different account and it worked but on my account it dont
-My friend tried to get in ranked and he got the same error on my account

So any suggestions how to fix this?

i had a similar problem i got dc and couldnt join any public game untill ive played a ranked game on NA servers.

I suggest you to start Ranked on NA servers if your last time was on EU Servers or otherwise.

If this doesnt help you maybe should write a ticket with the exact description of your problem.
