Regarding November Monthly Mix Up (Probably a bug)

So, apparently yesterday (01 of December, 2018) was the end of the November Monthly Mix Up (or was at 30, unsure), the last day of the event we players, were supposed to receive 25,000 EP, in order to receive these, you must log in game every day, which I did, and haven't received my EP, the reason was simple, the "Blue Sapphire" crates are available on the EP shop and while I was playing I noticed everyone gaining weapons from those crates, which means they have received the EP, I dont know if this a bug or not, logs can be checked and the responsible for that can see I have played every day for atleast more than 2 hours if not more, believe it or not, coveniently for CF or not the link to that event disappeared, now you ask why does that matter? Well, because I could perfectly take a print and prove I did login and receive these, which it did show there with the sign that means you've accomplished that "prize" now, I can't prove that since the link mysteriously disappeared (or conveniently as I said) so they dont even have to issue my EP which I have the right to have because I completed the whole event! I will probably get infracted, because again another truth is being revealed right here..

  • The best way to resolve this is by sending in a Support ticket. This way, they will be able to double check.

Basically youre telling me to waste my time and nothing being done aswell, alright will do, thank you anyways.

BTW why will I make a ticket when I dont even have evidence to backup my claims, considering I could have if the link, as I said, wouldn't of been mysteriously/conveniently disappearing? Just so you know thats where it shows the "certified" sign on each of those, when you login (which I did every day)..
  • You write a ticket because it's what you do when you think you've found a bug. It's not going to hurt you to waste, at best, 5 minutes of your time to report what you've noticed that might be an issue. Even if you don't have 'proof' they can still look into it real fast and see if something went wrong or not. As while you may not have proof they might have something on their end that they can check to get proof. That and if other people also had the same issue it might go even faster. But by not sending a ticket you'll never know. Although you probably won't get it in time for the blue sapphire crates due to the staff not working weekends.

As for the event link disappearing, that's been a common trend in that as soon as an event ends the progress pages disappear. I agree it is rather disappointing they do that. But I believe they do it to avoid clutter and confusion with any similar event that follows up. that and often times they re-use the same page just change the contents up.

Also...the monthly mix up isn't logging in every day.....it's completing a daily mission every day. So if you were just logging in....then you certainly missed it.

It makes no sense to me for the simple fact that the "check" sign appears on each number, and let me tell you folks, most of these I haven't even played the maps there is, or else, and still got the other EP, guns, etc. And the only map I play on CF is Port, Eagle Eye or BlackWidow, now the event surely does contain other maps for players to play, I haven't done, it can be check though, and still got the prizes? From what I can understand, theres a mission to accomplish, maps, kills etc, I don't play any other maps than the mentioned above, so how did I still get the prizes? Also, if I haven't completed those which I didn't, how does the "check" sign appears on the number, and curiously all of them had that "check" sign on them meaning you've accomplished it and had received your prize in this case EP and others..
  • I didn't receive the reward for last week's Sunday despite finishing at least 1 mission, thus I didn't get the 25k EP. Write a ticket on Monday or tueTueslast week, got only the automated response and no real reply since. The support is way too slow. Either the have to re-organize something or employ more people..

In lobby go to the "Mission" tab in top left corner to see what missions you can complete. Missions differ from just playing a few games to playing the game for a certain time to making a few kills so it's no surprise you finished the missions some days.

Yeah I know these missions, when I finish a room I always go to "mission" and click on "get reward" and I've always finished all of those, but then again, crossfire adminstrators/game moderators dont even care about wasting few seconds to respond a ticket, ignoring is way easier so, aint even wasting my time with this, cheers, and thanks everyone for the help.

Maybe try it before you start judging.
