Try to change your resolution on PC and after change ingame to windows mode

right click on desktop > intel graphics properties > display > scaling ( make it scale full screen) > apply and start the game

I have the same issue sometimes. I just have to right click the desktop and change the resolution. It will show the rest of the CF screen, but it will also show your desktop. However, once you join a game, the resolution fixes itself. At least that's the only way I know of

Or press auto adjustment on your Monitor, maybe this help you
