Acc banned for no reason???!!!

Hello,
today alot of Acc was Banned with no reason..
my acc was banned also...

i logged into the game and after 2 minutes i got ''HACKTOOL HAS BEEN DETECTED''
after this i wanted to login again in my Account and than i got a perma block!!?!?!?

SO many High Ranks got a Block with nooo reason and the same bug....

soo help us GMs ...

and yeah i tryed it via Support Ticket but noo Help!
