Bagde rewards for EU players

In CF West players are able to obtain permanent namecards by completing their last badges. I already completed all my badges in CF EU and are not able to obtain these rewards now. Since we were only able to obtain temporary guns/nades in EU when completing badges I think it's fair if I'm able to obtain these permanent rewards too.
