Small latency between servers

When I play (from Europe, Croatia) I feel the latency in between me and other players. And I feel like a slower one, it's like everything is happening half a sec in advance than me.
It's not my ping or connection, I have a top-notch PC, connected with wire to my router and my ping is normal as always.
I saw few players already moaning about that, they say it's happening since the merge of Europe, players almost "teleport" to location sometimes.. I wish this gets fixed in the next patch because it's affecting my gameplay and for me is unplayable, it's like I hide behind a wall and I die, it's like, for me, I was fast enough to react, but for another player I was late that millisecond and for him I was still there enough to land a headshot on me, It's really bothering me and it ruined my ranked K/D ratio, and makes me leave the game for a while until it gets fixed.
