Purchare zp with razer

So can you guys purchare zp through Razer ? I tried over 100 times with my Paypal and Card and only 1 payment went through of 80$ and now i want to make a 2nd but they all fail .

I was going to purchase through Razer today, however their notice about zGold and zSilver purchases not working on dec 2nd threw me off, so I decided to use Rixty instead.

keep trying until it works, that how it has been for me lol. Especially, there is a certain hour in the day that works for all attempts. The best thing to do is go to a local store (CVS for example) to get the paysafecard which razer supports.

After the first 10-15 attempts my first order of 100k zp passed but after that over 150 attempts till now and the 2nd order wont pass . Also the paysafecard through razer doesnt work in my country .

Is this your first time topping up with Razer and are you stuck at the step where you can't top up? If so, that's most likely a Razer issue (this is not a Z8 issue so I'll try to help the best I can, but you should probably submit a ticket with Razer to get an official response).

A lot of people I know (myself included), had this issue when we first started using Razer. As new accounts, we were "flagged". When I submitted a Ticket to Razer, this was my response:

Hi!

Thanks for contacting us. Your top ups have been flagged by our payment gateway and have been cancelled.
You may wish to try topping up again a couple of days later, or use alternative payment methods like SUBWAY or Dollar General gift cards if the problem persists.

We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.

By the next day I was able to Top Up again with my PayPal... But it definitely felt unnecessary.

I did ask why I was flagged and this was the response:

Hi!

Unfortunately we've only been informed that the top ups were marked as suspicious activity by our payment partner.
Sorry we couldn't be of much help!

I mean your situation might not be the same as mine. So yeah, your best bet is to send a ticket to Razer, so they can tell you exactly why.

I think it is different for everyone. For me it is 3-4pm. In the other game called MU legend, it is 4-5am or 6-7am for me. I have to try every hour of the day to figure it out. Sometimes, my hour changes too so I have to re-figure. xD. Man, good luck, it sucks. But you will be very relieved when you hit it right and it will suprise you with big successful payment screen. You dont need to change connections or devices.

Pretty much what WeiWei said. Razer's zVault purchase portal will always flag your account for payment methods after your first or first few payments and they might pause payments for 1-3 days usually. This seems to be an instant check process they have in place to make sure it's not kids who got a hold of their parents creditcard/paypal info and are buying stuff without their parents knowledge. Which for Razer was probably a fairly frequent thing before hence why they do this stuff now.

Unfortunately it seems the only thing you can do is wait it out unless you have access to get those pay safe pre-paid debit cards.
