Purchased RP Twice, received once.

I cannot submit a ticket, I have tried into different browsers, but always giving me error on the last page.
So I will write it here, hoping that some MOD/GM could read it and do something.
Good morning,
my nickname in game is ]O[ and today I have bought 100.000 zp via Paypal.
I have firstly tried to buy with Razer (registered, added credit card, received sms confirmartion, email confirmation etc), in the last page right after paid I have received an error of failure, so i bought zp via Paypal and received 100.000 zp + 20.000 zp bonus.
I have just checked into my bank account and there are two -72 Euros. It means that the payment thru Razer went successfully, but i did not receive zp as you can check.
Since I really don't need 100.000 (+40.000) zp again, can i ask refund of that -72 euros?
I cannot attach any screenshot because it is forbidden on bank's website.
please let me know ASAP.

If it looks like this ^ then your tickets DOES in fact reach the GMs, even if you get the error.
