Purchased ZP but didn't receive any?
I've purchased 100k ZP for the black friday deals, you'd get a 20k ZP bonus. Unfortunately I didn't receive any ZP and the money has been taken from my bank account, when I try to submit a ticket I get a weird looking error message.
EDIT: Tried purchasing 10k ZP and it delivered, tried to do another 120k after and it didn't deliver. So right now I purchased 120k ZP TWICE and didn't get it.
I'm hoping the staff team can get back to me asap on this matter since my support ticket doesn't work.

I received 120k zp once, but I still didnt get my other one. How do I know which order ID to put in? -

Can confirm what HichamC_ is saying, i bought zp twice and didn't get anything for hours now either.
Appreciate you trying to help [MOD]4Real but at least read his post instead of giving the default "send ticket" mod answer, he said he gets an error when he tries to send a ticket. I tried to send a support ticket as well and it gives an error message saying that there is no space left on their "swift.mailing system" or whatever. I took a screenshot of it and just tried to attach it to this post but guess what, that doesn't work either. Says "Error uploading image". Nothing on your website works, its an absolute joke. -

If it looks like this ^ then your tickets DOES in fact reach the GMs, even if you get the error.
So please be patient and await a response from support.

You should be able to upload a screenshot now. Please be sure that you send a ticket to billing, and not CrossFire support.
