Issue with paypal

Hello

When I attempt to buy ZP through paypal it transfers me to paypal billing page and it says "Please add a debit or credit card to complete your purchase". Even though I already have added my debit card multiple times and removed it, and when I add my credit info again and press "add" it does nothing. any suggestions?

I added and removed my debit card multiple times, and now when I add it again Paypal says my card was declined, try a different card. will I be able to link that card again?
