Crossfire West with no West server seems legit, Is West server ever coming back? I miss my old 4 ping

To my knowledge the servers haven't moved. It only got renamed.

The Europe server is in germany, basically in the very center of europe. I don't understand the problem tbh. You can't have a server for every country, someone is always gonna be unhappy.

The West in the name is more referencing West culture/society rather than actual location. So no.....servers are staying in Toronto and in Germany and your ping will be staying as it has been. While it was nice back in the day to have servers distributed over the land area so that people could play different ones to get better ping (I like US South myself!) it likely was problematic when needing to deal with server issues having them in multiple locations.

I was referring to the California server we use to have.

I think Europe servers just got renamed, they're still UK servers, i can almost confirm that since in CF EU i got 60+ ping and before CF EU i've played CF NA and i had only 40+ ping, which is the same i have now, and the guy was talking about the real west servers, because after all this is still a crossfire dedicated to north american players, CF West used to have easter and western north american servers if i'm not mistaken.
