Char issues/CF staff lying issues

LMAO my SPOP char was gone after migrating to NA and after sending a support ticket the reply was "It already expired".

  • Hey there! It appears you had some confusion regarding what was explained to you, and perhaps I didn't explain it as well as I could have, so allow me to explain things more clearly.
    You owned the SPOP character on your EU account at one point, however upon investigation it appears to have expired on 2017-08-12 at exactly 10:59:47. If you were referring to another character, or another account, you are more than welcome to send a ticket. Please remember that we do have access to your inventory records on both games.
