"Smoke" mutant problem

With the recent MP shop overhaul they added the Smoke mutant so i decided to try it, but it have an silly problem.
Right when you are turned into it does an animation that prevent you from any attack and if you are turned right near some humans will result in ur bottom being murdered by an rain of bullets and u cant attack them.
An simple solution for this issue will be : play the animation as Always but if you click the animation its interrupted so you can attack immediatly.
