Banned account

I want to know why they banned my permanent account if I have never used hack or done bugs or anything I want to give me a solution I want to continue playing with my account, I'm waiting for an answer on how I can be unlocked.

3. Beside the possible reasons you already mention, I can give you some others reasons that can lead to a permanent ban:

- keep insulting players ( and being banned before for that action , example : first strike is 7 days, second is 30 days and last is permanent )
- share your account with other players , or your account was stolen / scammed and used by other players , of course is possible also other players that use your account to use-it for scam, hack, insult ..etc.
- try to sell or trade your account
- try to scam other players
- keep pretend you are a game admin or you have a connection to them in order to threat other players to do or not to do something ( example : I know GM and will ban you ! / or / My brother (or father) is the admin / GM ...something like that )
-using VPN
-chargeback ( you try to buy some ZP but for some reasons the banck redraw the money after you get ZP on your account - but in such case the account is unblocked after you pay the debt )

... and can be many others reasons , you just need to carefully read terms and conditions

Anyway those are few I can think of ... I can't know the real reason why you get banned, only support staff know that.

P.S. OR you are the unlucky player to get some unknow other bug that lead to a block - in that case support center can investigate what was the cause and of course restore your account.

He isn`t permanently banned ... he is just muted . I am permanently banned on discord ... IP ban (they think so)
