Why is my Name Changed to CTM_09434600, before my name was IDC]Hayace. and now the weird name?

Can someone give me an Answer why?

I can't pinpoint the exact date, but at one point in time inactive accounts were renamed so that their IGNs could be free for an active player. You should find a free name change in your item storage. You'll be able to change it back to your old name, as long as no one else has it.
