Crossfire Report System And Discord

Alright, So I have now multiple times met cheaters in ranked matches. I've recorded the games against them and tried to report them but since I haven't been able to save the replay I can't report them, so I went to the crossfire NA discord and asked if someone could help me there. Instead of getting help I got perma muted by one of the moderators. So I turn to the forums to see if there is any posibility to get these cheaters banned. Thanks in advance for any help.

why would you record, if you could just take a replay, common...
No Mod would bann you for just saying that, so im sure you liying there too.
Anyway there so many hackers out there, that you can just take replays now. Case closed
