My character is missing

After switching from CF EU to CF NA my SPOP char is no longer there. I had it for like 500 days.
Then when i wrote a support ticket it got ignored (6 days now).

I'm sorry to hear that your SPOP didn't get transferred over. I have no doubt the migration process has the Z8 staff working longer than usual so please give them a few more days. Let me know if by say mid-next week you don't hear back. Thanks~

Hope it will work out for you.

My character i had on EU was Ghost -Y type B. It was a skilled character from toe tag.
On NA is a non skilled character with a tac suit. Maybe it has 10% of the decreased fall dmg as my Ghost had.
Have not heard a thing for 7days now....
