Missing hundreds of euros after migrated

So, what I am missing as far as I know:
47 free capsules that I had kept from over 1 week of events on CF EU
CF NA says I must repair many guns, cost of 181.000 GP that I don't have and EVERY GUN was repaired in CF EU.
Missing 1 D.E. VVIP! I only have 1 DE VIP 1 DE El Dorado and 1 DE Noble, I AM MISSING A VVIP GUN.
Missing something like 227 crates from Biohazard, MANY mixed crates of BIO2.

I'm 4 stars my old nickname was Y_
What it's gonna happen now? I cannot proof all the stuff I had, I couldn't imagine that I would have lost theese things.

I miss everything, literary, even my ign are some numbers and letters, I've sent ticket to support, I read that they can manually add all missing items, I just hope it will not be that I have to remember and write list of missing items. Meanwhile I am naked in the battlefield, literary

I did send a ticket last night, right after install, no response so far, I guess they must be super busy because I see I am not the only one with same problem, and when you sending a ticket you have option to choose 'migration problem', so obviously a big issue, God only knows how and WHEN this is solved, if solved in first place
