Settings/options all bugged not working

Hello,I am a fellow player,and I had this problem on crossfire EUROPE,where the ZOOM option did not want to move,no matter how I change it,and now in crossfire NA same problem(after 1 week)..but this time,even sound settings turn OFF and go to 0 if I just enter OPTIONS...please halp,unplayable

I am really tired of this game,now I played and game sound was screwed only voices like: yes,DOUBLE KILL I could hear..
I am tired of trying to run this game and play it...
It is not what you think,I am trying much longer..forget it
