New Report System?

Please for the love of god update your report system. I have sent numerous tickets of blatant cheaters that are still open and i've looked up most of the people i've reported and half still have honorable ribbon. Can you make a system of "Preferred reporters" that have their replays viewed on a faster basis? Essentially a player mod but can only report instead of having in game privileges. I've been here since SubaGames and Z8 by far has the laziest report system of any game ive played. Cheaters dont get banned for months and I end up taking breaks for months at a time because it's not worth playing against the same cheaters every day.
