Unable to enter any game, game crashed when loading 85%

Symptoms

:

1) Before loading starts, I was unable to change graphics setting and after I click apply, the resolution was set to 800x640 automatically with 16bit color. After that, I can't make any changes.

2) Loading screen loads to exactly 85%.

3) Loading stops. a window shows "error" appeared

Ps:I've changed my computer's resolution to 1360x768. follows is the error report:
