If you talk about Mileage Points ( MP used on Mileage shop fpr temporary or permanent items), those are earned by finishing daily missions, weekly missions or just login to game
AND Ronin VIP char also can give sometime random MP to all players in room ( 1 / day and 6 times / month )

you can get some mp from cops and robbers achievements

complete dialy mission 1=100 u have 3x per day = 300 and complete weekly mission 1=500 3x= 1500 or more
