why i dont have zp bonus 50% in my account

i logged in to my account and try to buy zp and doesnt have any 50% bonuses .. but my friend's account he do have 50% bonus if he buy zp.. what can i do .. please let me know

why my account can't buy zp with bonus with razer or paypal..but when i logged in my friend's account its shows 100000 +50%bonus.. why ?? is that a sort of racism or what?

You can use ZP bouns +50% only in your first purchase in the month only (one time only) ... wait until novamber month and buy again in the new bouns
