HGW Step 3

Hey, my game is stuck loading on HGW game watcher Step 3. I've read that this is potentially due to server issues, and was wondering if anyone else was experiencing similar problems. I saw the thread on the 16th with the same question and it was due to the server maintenance, however as far as I am concerned, there is no maintenance ongoing right now. I was able to play yesterday with no problems, and i'm unsure as to why I am getting this problem now. According to mmoserverstatus.com, it says that the login sever is unknown(? symbol) as well as the game protection.

Edit: I have tried reinstalling the game to no avail, and my friend's game is working perfectly fine. Not sure what is causing this problem, and would like to get some help ASAP.
Edit 2: I have now tried turning off my antivirus, restarting my computer, restarting my router, and nothing is working. The game simply stalls at HGW Step 3 and then closes after a little while without any sort of error code.

I forgot to update this thread earlier, but I was able to figure out the problem. The server wasn't under maintenance. It was a very strange problem occurring with my ISP. I was able to switch to my phone's wifi hot spot to log into the game and reconnect to my regular wifi to maintain a connection. My ISP seems to have fixed whatever issues was happening a few days ago, so I am able to play without issue again.
