Ban with out reason or warnning

i don't know but this ticket say GM Reply and the color get red.. and there is no reply #NWO-161-91161 ...
Then my account will be unblock or no??? 1 year and 3 months enough to unblock my account???????

for a permanent ban = FOREVER ... means will never expire and never be unblocked*.

* Unless after a support investigation they conclude was a wrong protection game detection - and unblock account immediatly (but seems is not your case)

P.S. Anyway you won't get any help on forum - you must deal with support center because they are the only one who can see all your account details

Exactly this ^ none of us will know why ur acc was blocked. The only people who know are the GM's . So your best bet is sticking to tickets.
Also the GM's do not answer to account issues here, therfore I'll close this topic.
