Where are the Bonus Crates?

I bought 5x 10 Mp5 Crates, and 2015 Halloween crate 50 Crates, and didnt get any of the Reward Crates, did it got bugged after 2nd halloween patch??

10 Halloween Collection Crates and 40 Halloween Costume Crates that im waiting for

Its a Joke i bought now 8 times 10 mp5 Crates, the "only" thing i won was pumpkin head and this now 5 Times, worthless like hell, what the hell should i do with 5 Pumpkin heads? i cant trade/sell/exchange them, and this was the only thing i got from 170k zp z8 at its best......now time for me to pause the game or at least "open crates" for the next few months that i get at least something again
