Why halloween hat is gone from the store?

Why did they remove the hallowen hat from the store? I was about to collect 50,000 EP for that and now it is not there anymore, they had said that until October 31 the event remained

No the Witch Hat and the other costume items were part of this event: http://forum.z8games.com/forum/crossfire/crossfire-announcements/previous-announcements/6862421-costume-party-october-5-october-10

which clearly states from October 5th to October 10th.

perhaps if we're lucky they'll do another similar costume event with some other Halloween costume items for sale before Halloween itself.
