Name Card
A long time ago I recieved the CFNA_Exclusive name card for a collection. The name card did not display correctly so I thought I'd give it time and see if it would get patched automatically- it did not. So in September I submitted a ticket to support and after a week of waiting I was told an "investigation" would happen. It's been well over a month and nothing has been resolved. I put a new ticket in and was told that my information was just forwarded to the "appropriate department" but that doesn't seem to be the case as it's still broken. It's been over a month for a UI glitch that is on their end. Does anyone want to give some useful help that doesn't involve deleting all my files and reinstalling the game and using CC cleaner and all that garbage as it's not on my end. I know I wasn't the only one this affected so if anyone else who has/had the same problem could show some input would be greatly appreciated.
