Autumn Bonus and Recharge Remix Rewards

Anyone get the rewards for recharging zp this month? I mean, I receive the 50% bonus, but the 10 free crate tickets and the 50 random crates did not show up.

the 10 free crate tickets sometimes takes a bit of time. give it a couple of hours if you haven't already and then send in a ticket.

As for the bonus crates. they seem to be having a distribution problem for the 100k ZP purchase but it too can take a little bit to send out. If you don't have it within 2 hours after purchase send in a support ticket for that as well.

Unfortunately as it is after office hours on friday they likely will not get to said support tickets until monday. However, the bonus crates and whatever else you are missing that you send in a support ticket for will be sent once they get to it if they don't show up on their own before then.

Please be aware that ticket support is offline during the weekends. That means if you submitted a ticket October 12th at around 8pm, you will most likely not get a replay until the monday (October 15th)
