Is my hacking reports even matter?

So today I went to check on a few profiles that I have submitted a report before for really obvious hacking in rank matches, and surprise they're still playing , with their Honorable ribbon INTACT no less!
So what's it gonna be Z8games? You guys not giving a crap about this game anymore? When it comes to ZP issue, it's fixed in a freaking day yet when it comes to game quality it's going down and down the drain. I wanna hear / see some improvements or soon I may not even care to support this game anymore.

  • Wouldn't plan on that happening any time soon.
  • They will ban people for harassing players in a heart beat, but they will refuse to take any action against hackers. Prove me wrong? Change my mind?
  • Just because their Honorable ribbon isn't removed doesn't mean they are not banned. When a hacker is banned, they will no longer access to their CrossFire account so it doesn't matter what they have or not because they don't have access to it in the first place.

Except their profile literally says "Last seen a few seconds ago" . How do you explain that?
  • Even if they banned cheaters really fast it wouldn't matter. It takes 2 seconds to make a new account. It's literally easier to make a new account than it is to submit a hack report. lol. If there was a report system built into the game(like literally EVERY OTHER GAME IN THE WORLD) I might actually bother but I gave up reporting cheaters years ago. The hacker report system sucks big time, so I gave up trying to do the admins job for them.

edit: lmao I just checked my hack report history. Last one I sent had to be over 3-4 years ago or more, (though they don't even have dates on them so I'm not sure. lul). There 3 pages of them logged that I can look at. The most recent 2 and a half pages of them are still tagged as "OPEN". I only ever reported VERY obvious cheaters.

What I'm saying is even hacking reports I submitted YEARS ago are unresolved. Laughably useless reporting system.
  • I really don't know what are GMs waiting for to take a litterally life saving decision for this dying (if not dead) game !!

Wait a minute ? Does this mean it's the GMs current policy to permaban all hackers for good ?
  • They do review the reports submitted via support and also through the live-hack-report channel in the CFNA discord server. So they are actually doing what they can to deal with hackers, the best thing to do is to keep reporting them via support or the hack reporting channel, whichever you use. Ultimately if you feel that it's not enough, or that they aren't doing anything.....then nobody is forcing you or anyone else to submit replays or report them. It's only to our benefit to keep submitting replays, it should also be noted that there are probably hundreds of reports being submitted if not more and that they take time to review them carefully as some people mistakenly report people that they suspect are hacking, but it turns out they might not be.

And what is useful in this can register with a new account

We can understand this, but like h8z8 said some reports take so long to be reviewed, and that's a thing pushing people away from reporting hackers, i can understand that there might be stuff missing for that job but somehow this could be fixed. An idea is "volunteer players"!
  • I doubt any Game Manager is going to respond to this topic, Thanks able to let us know your point you're have the courage to be their at least i know those hackers also annoying you sometimes, but still THEY ARE KEEP HACKING OVER AND OVER!.
Anyway it's not you only your hacking report, we all have this problem, was a good thing to have reporting hack channel in the discord, but hackers favorite days is they weekend!.
Sorry it's gonna sound crazy but I have to say it's not the cheaters fault. The question here, how any other game protect itself, so please try to look for other developers/company they can do their job good!.
  • Why do we talk about a good and fast hack reporting system wheb we can ask for a No hacking situation from the beginning !

The thing in this situation is I really can't believe that the "developers" of the game and those who can litterally code and designe a map can't provide a strict Anti-hack !!!
    Really guys !!
If you can't control this game you can ask some of those hacking sites or employ some of those hack designers i think they can give you a helping hand here.... Unless if you don't care.
  • They do look at hacking reports. They have a lot they have to go through, and that takes a decent amount of time to go through. It especially takes a large amount of time when players submit replays without putting the accurate timestamp of when the player is cheating causing GM's to sit through the replay until they can find the hacker. It takes time.
