Saving replays option

I feel that there shouldn't be an option to be able to save the replay and not save the replay in the first place but my main problem here is that i have to check every time that i login in the game the option the be able to save the replay i always check it to be able to and it defaults to not be able to and i get frustrated that i cant save a replay where someone just ruins my game and my moment to relax at least i want to know that he might get banned if i send the replay in the back of my mind
