Hello. How can I change the email I was 9 years old when I was 13 years old and I do not remember what email it was and it was sold together with another game account. An application to the administration has been sent, but I have never received a reply from them on z8games.com and since they write to me an old email I can not see it because I do not have access to it. Extracts from the bank that I bought ZP I do not have how to download them, because the account was closed in the bank, and belonged to my mother: / Please help me. Regards.

Same Problem, but have no Securitys anymore, I mean the GM's can see from where the IP connects to the Account and Im the only one who connects to my acc, why cant GM's help to change the Email.... whats wrong I want to safe my Acc.... I bought 2 VIP's I support this game so Much and the game give me nothing back. -.-**

All those informations are used to recover your account ( change passwrod and / or change email ) and those informations are not disclosed to anyone else !!!

SO unless you remember at least the minimal required informations to recover your account :

registered email (even you don't have acces to that email) ,
account creation date
secret answer

You won't be able to recover your account, ZP transactions ID are optional
( transactions id you are receive on the registered email after each ZP purchase, also on email of the bank account holder , meaning your mom email , if was registered with the bank account)

*Anyway seems you broke other several game rules when you create your account:

- pretending you have at least 13 years old when you create the account
- sold your account to others

If you didn't read the game policy ( we all check we are agree with when we create game account ) is not an excuse to broke those rules, then read again some of them :
