Missing new ribbon

I got my crates for a grades but no ribbon? Why?

Yah me too still no ribbon here, neither did my friends get it i guesa its delayes for everyone

Ribbon probably takes a bit longer too update. I always give the support team 24 hours after the event has ended before I send a support ticket regarding the ribbon. If you don't have it by tommorow just send a support ticket regarding the issue. It's also a good idea too always make screenshots too make it easier for the support team.

Long time ago i tried that and they said they dont accept screenshot as proof.
That topic sitll isnt solved btw...
