Can somebody help?

Hi everyone, two weeks ago I started to have some problems with my crossfire, the HGW started but next a black page stays and nothing happens. I'm at the army so I just can play at the weekend. So 3 days later I went to the website by my phone and noticed that someone changed my password, and I did a request by e-mail.

Than I recovered my account, and I sent an message to my best friend to check if it was everything okay with my acc. He entered in CF and poof, he sent me a photo that showed a message saying that my account was blocked permanently.

Can I speak with some Z8 staff, I already sent a ticket and they said that I used hacks, but I swear I play this for 8 years, and I never did nothing bad

* Of course most like the user who try to seal your account play with hacks until you recover your account anc change password - but you can't do nothing about that - one of your main responsibility is to take all safety measures that noone can find your account details ( that's why share account is also a bannable offence)

I know that is my responsability, but neither a chance? I'm at the army, I don't have even time, I maybe get hacked or aomething, because I just gave the password at my friend and 5 minutes later he send me a photo with the message of banning. I know that is my fault, but omg I'm so fcking sad
