We use to be able to kick hackers back then, but people just ended up kicking the players with fancy weapons usually because they don't want to share their weapons for the entire game.
The hacker would rarely get kicked, no one voted and just ignored the hacker most of the time.
I remembered I had to bribe players, a couple of time so they don't kick me in the middle or near the end of a mutation game. -

I do not believe Gm are together but they sure protect them as hell.

This topic is never going to settle down. There has to be some type of balance, which right now, there is somewhat. Sure, you cannot kick in some of the modes, but more of the competitive ones you can kick in. Although this way keeps hackers from being kicked in HMX for example, it also keeps players from abusing the kicking system.
For a solution, I would like to see a kick system based off of hours or rank. So you can only initiate a vote kick if you have played the game for so long, or maybe achieved some rank (I think hours would be better). This obviously would not stop the abusing of the vote kicking system, but it would at least limit it. -

how about just wait, and see then gms just ban players?, the end of it the players will sit and cry on the forums about it later. -
Not sure where you heard that from, but it's not true at all. The GM's are always doing everything they can to combat hackers within the game. They do ban them, just keep reporting them as often as you can, save the replay and submit it via support, alternatively you can also join on Discord and there is a live hack report channel there. However you must be level10 Major and apply for the captain rank there to be granted access to it.
