My IGN got changed to CTM_Something?

Hello. I've been inactive for three years. I have just logged into Crossfire for the first time since then, and my IGN has been changed to CTM_02684917.
My IGN was initially Aquadot. May I have my name back please?

you can definitely change your IGN back to what it was before. You must have in game change item in your item tab under the storage tab. you can change your IGN to Aquadot again, if it's still available, otherwise you can come up with another better name. Good luck!
