Monthly Mixup Enhanced Event Fix Tracker

Fix your tracker. I completed daily missions of each day of september but tracker is showing i didn't complete yesterday's event. I submitted a support ticket alongwith screenshots but support centre as usual showed its ignorance. How in the hell someone denies these facts? I completed not 1 daily mission on 9th september and not even 2 daily missions but all 3 of them!!!

Look at the screenshots below. I made sure to screenshot with the dates. I even took a screenshot of daily mission with attendence check so nothing goes against my way. Tracker was not working yesterday.

I know posting support tickets are against the rules but what should i do when support centre isn't helping me? where am i supposed to go?

This isn't even relevant to my query. I completed all of the daily missions until now.

Even your broken tracker is showing that i completed daily missions on september 4th and 6th.

I want this matter/issue to be solved through this thread as support centre is useless.

  • the calendar isn't a tracker it just checks off how many days you completed. if you did miss 2 days then what it is showing is right. I think you would need proof you completed the 4th and 6th to even have a slight chance of them helping you (even then they won't care)

    I just resubmitted ticket and they replied that it's 6th september that's missing. i recall I did all of the daily missions of each day however i made a mistake on 6th september of logging off without clicking on reward buttons. I pressed reward buttons on 7th september around 4:00 am of USA time just one hour before restarting of daily missions. Therefore my daily missions for 6th september were registered as daily mission of 7th september or something like that. Even then it is not difficult to see that i did daily missions twice times on 7th september. I think if support centre coordinate with me then we may solve this issue. Thank you for your input skyyblu.
