Guan yu Event bugs!!!!

did someone buy the Ak-fury or Ak- beast from the Guan yu VIP page ?????
These two vip in the Guan yu page is weapon + free color set
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
in the game, i found it only has the OG weapon without color change funtion!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Is this the bugs or something else ??

Log in with your account if needed
Go too submit ticket it is on the right of the website page
Click on crossfire support and click on next
Under issue category click bug report
Tell them what happend and show a picture of your AK without the color change function.
Click on submit

Then just wait and the mods will fix the problem.
