i want to recover an account but i don't remember the pass, i can't get it back because a dude deleted my email few years ago so how can i do, i forget a lot of my information because i'm 20 and i start played this game on 2011(i was 13 i make a lot of account on other games ect ect)

my mail was a live.fr unfortunatly it's not available anymore,
all information i have and i'm sure it's 100% correct on the form : Login ID, Current Registered Email, Account Creation Date, Date of Birth, Transaction 1 - Payment Method, First In-Game Name, First Email Address.
all information i don't have anymore on the form : Current Security Question, Current Security Answer.
i even send 2 screen shot 1 with me playing on a sniper only match on prison (we clearly see my pseudo)
and another one with me winning the r93 t2 i even give the date
and tell me who read game terms and policy especially when you're a 13 yo kid ?

Even i can sense your frustration - there is no point to argue - even noone read those rules - but we check we are agree with those terms and conditions and also we are older then minimal age required ( i don't remember what was that age anyway )

Also you are not the first and not the last player in same situation ... but who you want to blame for that ?

All free and even pay services have terms and conditions we must agree with before proceede to create any kind of account ( even for email accounts are terms and conditions) - and the fact that we don't read those terms and don't secure accounts ( like email acc, game acc, ..etc ) is only our responsabilities ...

You can't blame anyone else for being young and careless ... you learn the lesson on the hard way : any of your accounts are important and private therefore must be protected and remain private...

P.S. and most like your current IP is not the same you was using 7 years ago ... therefore IP is not a sure way to check and will never be,
print are not a prof of ownership - today any print can be modified the way can show any IGN you want - and support team can't see the difference between real and fake , not to mention those prints once ulpoaded over internet anyone can find and use-it and claim same account for example ( .. if print will be allowed as ownership prove ... )

you know i don't need people to say me oh my god there is terms everywhere wow amazing and to say( lol you was young we can't blame you but fk you because you made mistakes), it's ridiculous how smilegate or z8 don't care they need email, security answer ect but how about ip ? how about phone number ???? a lot of games have these option and it's hilarious on all game i got this issue but Crossfire Na is the only with this problem even cf eu i got no problem on and guess what smilegate have CF eu BRUH it's a joke or i'm dreaming ?

Unfortunately, those are the rules and rules of the game. You are responsible for losing your account and you will not find anyone to help unless you remember everything
