My game doesn't start! Need Help!

My game doesn't start, the HGW runs normally but the screen stays like that and the game doesn't start, can someone help me? (I already downloaded again and nothing)

I already tried everything that u said, and nothing, always the same error. (I didn't not understood the part that u explained about the GPU, I don't know how to do it...)

I followed your steps, and I updated everything, and still nothing, the same error...
